BALI PEDULI was formed in 2011 by a group of concerned Bali residents under the guidance of Dr. Steve Wignall VBI’s owner and developer. Yayasan Bali Peduli received its final legal status as a charity from the government of Indonesia in 2013. BALI PEDULI programs include clinical services, HIV outreach and support, positive living and HIV education.
